We love Sentry. The new cloud-based version provides such easy access for my staff and me, and my staff has told me how much they enjoy Sentry and its easy navigation. Sentry’s features make operations efficient and stress-free with the full integration of TRAS. The biometrics dramatically speed up check in/out, medication dispensing, and recording class attendance. The commissary and accounting are such a blessing and game-changer for our operations. We are now as paperless as you can get. On top of all this, the Sentry team is open to ideas for new reports or any other suggested improvement. 

I’ve used SentrySoft for over 20 years and found it to be easy and efficient. SentrySoft saves time. I started using SentrySoft when Montgomery County CCF made the switch. When I came to Lubbock County CCF as Director, I changed to Sentry. Both transitions were extremely smooth; the Sentry staff is amazing, and they don’t stop until you are happy. They regularly meet their goal of responding to any support ticket in less than an hour. Their customer support rocks! The rolling Comm Log and Head Count numbers on the landing page are just the first things you notice of the many time-saving features that make work completion so easy. Our county loves the accounting system for residents. It’s fabulous!

We have used Sentry for over seven years now, and we love it! Sentry’s ability for tracking of both treatment and probation all in one place has been a complete game-changer. This allows for quick and easy information sharing among our staff. This alone has freed up our staff’s time to focus on the treatment of our residents. Another game-changer for us is Sentry’s automation feature which has saved our facility time and money, taking care of tasks that were previously done by our staff with the assurance of error free reports and information. With Sentry, we can easily track our bed count and waitlist which allows for us to keep our beds full. Sentry has undoubtedly driven down our costs and needed manpower, allowing for a much more stress-free operation.

We have been using SentrySoft since I started at the Terry County CCF six years ago. What I appreciate the most about SentrySoft is its dedicated team! Whenever my staff or I have questions, they are always very quick to get us a response. Their customer service is some of the best that I have ever seen! SentrySoft is essential to our facility in terms of our daily operations. The Dashboard is a great way to get a snapshot of what is currently going on. We have been using Sentry for 6 months now. Moving from one program to a new one was a bit intimidating, however, the process was easy and ran smoothly.
